We know that your possessions and belongings are valuable to you. Storing those items in a Climate Controlled unit, especially in the Texas summer, can help protect those possessions. Climate controlled units are the perfect solution for individuals or businesses to store furniture, fabric, important documents or temperature sensitive inventory. We have
six different sizes from a 5’ x 5’ unit up to a 10’ x 20’ unit.

What is Climate Controlled Storage?

The severe weather fluctuations in Texas can damage items stored in storage units. Important documentation for your home or business, books, antiques, musical instruments, artwork, electronics and other valuables can be damaged or destroyed is not stored properly. Our climate-controlled units are maintained at temperatures between 55 degrees and 85 degrees. Self-storage units in Texas without climate control, could result in damaged possessions. Don't risk your valuables. Store them in one of our Climate Controlled units.


Maintaining a steady temperature between 55 degrees and 85 degrees prevents:

• Warping, cracking and splitting
• Mold, mildew and bacteria growth
• Rust, yellowing and corrosion
• Infestation of wasps, mice, termites and other vermin


Additionally, by being enclosed inside of a climate-controlled building, these units after additional protection from dust, dirt and flooding. This also makes for a comfortable environment when you are organizing or retrieving your possessions. In most cases, there is a slight upcharge for climate-controlled storage units.


Just a reminder. All storage units are required to have insurance coverage to protect your valuables. In most cases, your homeowner's policy will provide this coverage. If you do not have a homeowner's policy, we have a third-party vendor that can provide this coverage for you.
